I'm Nelson Nunes Junior, a CrossFit coach with over a decade of experience helping athletes move better, learn faster, and build confidence in training.

From coaching and managing gyms in Brazil to building a 100k+ movement education audience online, my focus has always been the same: teaching in a way that is practical, structured, and effective.
