LOT Training (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online coaching brand operated by Nelson Nunes Junior (Coach Nelsinho), providing CrossFit movement education, weightlifting and gymnastics coaching through the LOT Training membership site and supplementary services.

Information collected automatically

• UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign) from links you click
• Pages visited and interactions on our website
• Device type, browser, and IP address (via hosting provider)
• Cookies and similar identifiers used by Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) for ad measurement, attribution, and remarketing
• Hashed (one-way encrypted) versions of your email address or phone number, when you submit a form, sent to Google and Meta to match your activity to an ad click. The raw email or phone is never shared with these providers in identifiable form. This is known as “enhanced conversions” (Google) and “advanced matching” (Meta)

Instagram messaging and comments (via Meta)

When you interact with our automated Instagram messaging, we collect:

• Your Instagram username and profile handle
• The text of comments you leave on our Instagram posts and Reels
• The content of the direct messages you send to our account

We access this data through Meta’s Instagram Graph API to run our automated comment replies and direct message conversations. We only receive messages and comments directed at our own account, and we do not access your private conversations with anyone else.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect your information through:

• Lead capture forms on our landing pages (e.g. free warmup guides, lead magnets)
• Automated Instagram messaging, when you comment a keyword on our posts or Reels, or reply to our direct messages. Our system replies automatically and, with the help of AI, continues the conversation
• Direct entry when we manually add leads from conversations, video calls, or events
• The LOT Training membership site when you start a trial or join (account email, subscription status)

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

• Communicate with you about our services, offers, and content
• Manage your lead status and track your journey through our funnel
• Send follow-up emails and messages about LOT Training
• Deliver products and services you have purchased (video calls, movement analysis)
• Improve our website, content, and marketing strategies
• Comply with legal obligations

We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Enhanced conversions and advanced matching

When you submit a form on our site (for example, a lead magnet download or a quiz), we send a cryptographically hashed (one-way encrypted) version of your email address or phone number to Google and Meta. This allows them to match your action to an ad click without us sharing your raw contact details. The hashing happens in your browser before any data leaves our site.

We may use UTM parameters in URLs to understand which marketing channels drive traffic. These are stored internally and are not shared with advertisers.

Opting out

You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time:

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary to provide our services or as required by law. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

To delete the Instagram data we hold about you (your username, comments, and message history with our account), email coach@lottraining.comwith the subject “Instagram data deletion”. We will remove it within 30 days and confirm once done.

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
